Using a Buyers Agent allows you to buy at arms length. The seller does not know the identity of the buyer until the negotiations are almost complete. The seller has an agent working exclusively for them so why shouldn't you have the same advantage? Don't be at a disadvantage and end up paying too much for your new home or commercial property.
